This seminar explores the nature of conflict in the context of ministry and proposes a biblical model for resolving (or at least managing!) relational conflict.

Pastor David Fleming has served in ministry for 35 years, most recently as Sr. Pastor of Champion Forest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, a multi-site and multicultural church in the most diverse city in America. David is now the Executive Director of the Lanier Foundation and oversees the Lanier Theological Library and Learning Center in Houston, Texas and at Yarnton Manor near Oxford in the UK. The Lanier Foundation seeks to renew the academy and strengthen the Church by providing world-class resources for biblical studies, theological education, and ministry training. David received his MDiv and PhD from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Beverly, have been married for 38 years and have three children and two grandchildren.
