How to Accomplish More in 90 Days Than Most Do in a Year

STOP SEARCHING FOR A 12-MONTH PLAN
Most people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in a decade. In 2018, I sat down with my pastor, Keith Battle, and he dismantled my entire approach to success.
The hard truth is that a 1-year goal is usually just a distraction if it isn't anchored to a 10-year vision. If you don't know where you are going to be in 2028, you are just busy, not productive.
Here is the 4-part framework he taught me to bridge the gap between where you are and where you belong:
* The Grand Vision: Think 10 years out. If your vision doesn't scare you, it’s too small. This is your North Star.
* The 90-Day Sprint: Stop waiting 12 months to win. Break your goals into 90-day benchmarks. You can reinvent your entire business four times a year if you stop moving at a glacial pace.
* The Calendar Game Plan: If it isn't on your calendar, it’s a wish. Your daily activities must be the mechanical proof of your long-term vision. Quality time is the only currency that matters.
* The Guidance Filter: Stop trying to figure it out alone. Relationships are shortcuts. Find someone who has already built what you want. Whether it’s a mentor, a book, or a podcast, get the accountability you need to stop making rookie mistakes.
The magic isn't in the dreaming. It's in the discipline of the 90-day execution.
Are you playing for 2024, or are you building for 2028?
