Jehiel Oliver built Hello Tractor to give African smallholder farmers access to tractors on demand—and it’s now reaching millions. A tractor can prepare land 40 times faster than manual labor, allowing planting to happen on time, fields to produce more crops, incomes to increase, and kids to attend school instead of working in the fields.
