Last night was something special. 🥲<br />

Two years ago we moved to San Diego when I was pregnant with Judah and it felt like a major uprooting. A lot felt shaken but we were trusting in Jesus as our firm foundation and that song was sort of our anthem in that season. We sang it with some of our best friends at a going away worship night.<br />
<br />
Last week we moved into our first house, and our prayer for whatever home we live in has always been that it would be a space where family, friends, and community would gather, and where God would be known. We thought it would be fitting to do a little “housewarming” with a worship night.<br />
<br />
Firm Foundation was one of the songs we sang and watching Judah run around with his little friends, carrying baby girl in my belly, hearing Ty’s heart in welcoming everyone and worshipping with some of the community God has been faithful to build these past almost two years in the backyard He made a way for…it was such a sweet picture of God’s faithfulness.<br />
<br />
God is your rock in whatever you’re walking through and faithfulness is His unchanging nature. 🤍
