HELP! PLEASE SHARE SO I CAN RECEIVE JUSTICE!

I did an ad for them a few months back through the TikTok Creative Challenge, where I got paid through the TikTok app based on certain metrics. The terms of agreement states that the ad is solely for the use on the Tiktok Platform.

Kikoff unfortunately broke the terms of agreement and placed the ad multiple times on various social media platforms like Facebook, IG, and YouTube for their own gain which received several millions of views. They did this without my consent and without compensating me.

To make matters worse, they also edited my video, which is another violation to the agreement, and placed it back on the Tiktok platform as their own ad. Again, without compensating me.

This is not only multiple violations to the terms of agreement, but is also copyright infringement as my ad is copy written.

I do ads occasionally to help bring extra income in for my family. It is disheartening that my family is negatively impacted because of this.

I really didn’t want to make this video but I had to speak up for myself and for the other women, who look like me, that have potentially been taken advantage of as well.

So please help share this post to get the word out so that Kikoff Inc. will be held accountable for their actions. Thank you so much 🙏🏽
