Hell's Kitchen Season 1 - Ep. 9, 10 | A TOUGH Choice! | Gordon Ramsay

Season 1, Episode 9: The final 3 contestants had to create a soufflé, the chef who came closest to creating the soufflé had the 1st pick in selecting an ingredient to make for service: beef, chicken or tuna, the chef that came in 2nd, can only choose what was left, the chef that came in last didn't have a choice.

Season 1, Episode 10: The two final contestants prepared for their final individual challenge, where the winner would receive an advantage for dinner service. The two finalists designed their half of the Hell's Kitchen restaurant to their own themes and they chose the members of their teams from the previously eliminated contestants.
