RICE Cake recipe:
• rice cake
•1-2 Tbsp peanut butter
• banana slices
• about 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 tsp coconut oil
•flaky sea salt (for topping)
Top the rice cake with peanut butter and banana slices. Mix the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate over the rice cake and immediately sprinkle a little flaky sea salt. Place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

•Peanut Butter(or any nut butter)
•Pecan( or peanuts/walnuts)
•Melted Dark Chocolate
•Flakey Salt
1 Grab some juicy mediool dates and make a slit down the centre to remove the seed.
Stuff those dates with some peanut butter and some peanuts for crunch.
• Melt your chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments then drizzle it all over those dates!
• Pop them in the fridge or freezer for the chocolate to set and enjoy!!!
