In Isaiah 38, Hezekiah came down with a terrible illness. The prophet Isaiah told him to get his things in order because he would die. Hezekiah was devastated. Turning his face to the wall, he prayed and cried out to God. God heard Hezekiah’s prayer, and he told Isaiah to turn around and tell Hezekiah that he would live. God has heard your prayer too, and what he did for Hezekiah, he will do for you. Nothing is too hard for him. Do not give up hope. Jesus paid for your sickness on the cross, and by his stripes, you are healed.
