3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
3 1/2 cups all purpose
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2/3 cup water
1 15-ounce canned pumpkin
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Alternatively add flour mixture and water to sugar mixture, beating on low speed after each addition just until combined. Be in pumpkin. Spoon batter into pans. Bake at 3:50455 to 65 minutes Until baked all the way through. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then let Cool completely on wire rack. wrap, and store overnight before slicing.
