When Greg Minott immigrated to the United States from Jamaica, he realized that his multicultural upbringing gave him a unique perspective on diversity. This prompted him to formulate a positive vision for diversity through a biblical lens. Thus, his business, DREAM Collaborative, was founded with a vision for genuine inclusivity, reflecting God’s love for all people.
