5 Daily Habits
📖 1. Feed on the Word | Goal: Read the Bible daily.
Make it a daily habit to spend time in Scripture. Whether it’s a verse or a chapter, let God’s Word nourish your soul.
Tip: If you’re not sure where to begin, a great place to start is the Book of John. Or, if you’re joining the New Year challenge, begin reading through Genesis or any plan that helps you stay in the Word consistently.
🙏2. Faithful Gratitude | Goal: Write down and speak one thing you’re thankful for every day.
Take a moment each day to thank God for one thing. Write down or speak it aloud, gratitude brings joy and perspective.
Tip: Create a gratitude list to reflect on God’s goodness.
🕊️ 3. Fix Your Mind | Goal: Memorize one verse each week.
Each week, set your heart and mind on one Scripture we share each week. Take a few moments each day to read it, reflect on it, and speak it aloud. Whether you fully memorize it or simply let it dwell in your thoughts, the goal is to let God’s truth take root and renew your mind.
💪 4. Faith in Motion | Goal: Complete at least 4 workouts per week.
Move your body with purpose at least 4 days a week. These videos are fun, faith-filled, and easy to follow perfect for all fitness levels!
💡 Tip: Every movement counts walk, lift, dance, stretch, or train. Just stay active and consistent
🥗 5. Fuel to Flourish | Goal: Incorporate more God-made foods into your meals each week.
Honor God by nourishing your body with wholesome, God-made foods. Practice mindful eating and focus on progress, not perfection.
