Charlie Kirk Case LIVE: Judge Rules if Tyler Robinson Stands Trial | Bind-Over Ruling (Sept. 1)

Watch live as Judge Tony Graf hears oral arguments and is expected to rule on whether prosecutors have shown probable cause to bind Tyler Robinson over for trial in the murder of Charlie Kirk. Robinson, 23, faces aggravated murder and other charges stemming from the Sept. 10, 2025 shooting at Utah Valley University; prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
