Building Ministry into Business

Prior to 2015, Tim Spiars’s life was chaotic. However, a significant turning point occurred when Tim was unexpectedly invited to join C12 by a longtime friend. Today, SPIARS Engineering has fostered a culture where business and ministry are intertwined, and employee involvement plays a pivotal role in this integrated approach.
