a stressful weekend out of town as a mom! we took a weekend trip to Birmingham Alabama for Nick to race in the 24 hours of lemons race with his uncle... he had a blast... and I had a HARD time parenting solo for the whole weekend... I definitely felt like a failure and lost my patience more than I'd like to admit.
not every trip is blissful, not every trip goes according to plan, and it's normal to feel overwhelmed, especially as a first time parent, so I hope that this vlog helps you feel less alone when you face challenging circumstances like I did this weekend.
