a stressful weekend out of town as a mom! we took a weekend trip to Birmingham Alabama for Nick to race in the 24 hours of lemons race with his uncle... he had a blast... and I had a HARD time parenting solo for the whole weekend... I definitely felt like a failure and lost my patience more than I'd like to admit.<br />

not every trip is blissful, not every trip goes according to plan, and it's normal to feel overwhelmed, especially as a first time parent, so I hope that this vlog helps you feel less alone when you face challenging circumstances like I did this weekend.<br />

the good thing is, the Lord will always take our burdens if we trust them into His hands! thank you Lord for grace, I sure needed it during this vlog.<br />
