A Prayer for Your Dad
Dear Loving Father,
I humbly come before You today
in appreciation
for all that You have done for me.
One of the most precious gift,
One of the most invaluable blessing
You have given me
is my Father, my Loving Dad.
Thank You Lord Jesus
For our dear Dad,
I give You thanks, I praise You
and I am eternally grateful
for his presence in my life.
He has always been
my pillar of strength.
Dear Lord, I pray for Your blessings,
favor, strength and support
for my Dear Dad,
who has always put our needs
above his own convenience and comfort.
He has taught us to show courage
and determination in the face of adversity.
Lord Jesus, keep my father in good health.
Make his bones and muscles strong.
Preserve his strength and vitality.
Grant him the rest he needs.
Protect him against all sicknesses
and give him the grace
to endure any kind of physical afflictions
that might come his way.
Lord Jesus, give my Loving father
meaningful work to do
and a sense of purpose.
Help him enjoy and excel at his job.
Help him get along
with his colleagues and coworkers.
May others be appreciative
of the good work he does.
Bless dad's relationships Lord,
Fortify his family ties.
Grant him the wisdom,
discernment and understanding he'll need
to lead his family well.
Provide him friends
who uplift and encourage him.
Always keep Your band of angels around him,
to protect and guide him on the right path.
Most of all
strengthen his relationship with You.
Almighty Lord,
Today I lift up mine
as well as all dads up to You
with adoration and love.
I ask You that you shower your infinite blessings
on all of them today and always.
Give them strength, courage and wisdom,
May they do everything in their power
to mould their children
and teach them the path of righteousness.
Help them to be a Father like you are,
and give them grace and patience
to handle difficult situations in a loving way.
