We're also asking Him to give us wisdom in responding to difficult workplace situations.
You can't control your boss's decisions. But you can pray for their leadership and seek wisdom for your own next steps.
Today's Prayer
Heavenly Father, I lift up my bosses and supervisors to You today. Give them wisdom to make good decisions, humility to listen, and courage to do what's right. Help them treat employees fairly, communicate honestly, and lead with compassion. When I face difficult situations at work, give me discernment and wisdom to respond with integrity. In Jesus' name, amen.
