Hello, hello! πŸ‚ In this video, I share 5 different cozy autumn drink recipes that you can make at home: Apple Chai-der, The Great Pumpkin Brew, Maple Mushroom Mocha, Pear Apple Fall Fizz, & a Campfire Cappuccino β˜•οΈ I hope you enjoy them!<br />
<br />
APPLE CHAI-DER<br />
Ingredients: <br />
- 1/2 cup of chai concentrate <br />
- 1/4 cup of apple cider <br />
- 1/4 cup of milk <br />
- 1 tsp of maple syrup to sweeten <br />
Directions: <br />
1. Pour chai, cider, & milk over ice. <br />
2. Sweeten with maple syrup & garnish with a dried cinnamon apple slice! <br />
<br />
FALL FIZZ<br />
Ingredients: <br />
- 1/4 cup pear juice<br />
- 1/4 cup apple cider<br />
- 1/4 cup ginger ale<br />
- Thyme, pear, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, & star anise for garnish <br />
Directions: <br />
1. Mix pear juice, apple cider, star anise, & cinnamon in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds.<br />
2. Pour pear cider mixture over ice & top with ginger ale. <br />
3. Garnish with a brown sugar rim, sliced pear, thyme, star anise, & a cinnamon stick! <br />
<br />
CAMPFIRE CAPPUCCINO <br />
Ingredients:<br />
- Shot of espresso <br />
- 1/2 cup milk<br />
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar<br />
- 1/4 (dash) tsp cinnamon<br />
- 1/4 mini chocolate chips<br />
- Sprinkle of cacao powder<br />

Directions: <br />
1. Melt chocolate chips, cinnamon, & brown sugar under a freshly brewed shot of espresso.<br />
2. Froth some additional milk or cream for topping.<br />
3. Top with cacao powder & a toasted marshmallow! <br />
<br />
MUSHROOM MAPLE MOCHA<br />
Ingredients: <br />
- 1Β tsp cacao powder <br />
- 1/2 tsp chaga mushroom powder <br />
- 1Β tsp maple syrup<br />
- 1 cup of milk<br />
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee<br />
- Sprinkle of cacao powder for dusting<br />

Directions: <br />
1. Over medium-low heat, combine milk, cacao, chaga, & maple syrup.<br />
2. Brew espresso & pour into milk mixture.<br />
3. Pour into a cozy mug & sprinkle with additional cacao powder and/or chocolate whipped cream!<br />

THE GREAT PUMPKIN <br />
Ingredients:<br />

- Shot or two of espresso <br />
- 1 cup of milk <br />

Directions:<br />
1. Make your pumpkin maple syrup. <br />
2. Pour your milk, espresso, & pumpkin maple syrup into your cup of choice.<br />
3. Top with pumpkin whipped cream and enjoy! <br />
