Hello, hello! π In this video, I share 5 different cozy autumn drink recipes that you can make at home: Apple Chai-der, The Great Pumpkin Brew, Maple Mushroom Mocha, Pear Apple Fall Fizz, & a Campfire Cappuccino βοΈ I hope you enjoy them!
APPLE CHAI-DER
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of chai concentrate
- 1/4 cup of apple cider
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of maple syrup to sweeten
Directions:
1. Pour chai, cider, & milk over ice.
2. Sweeten with maple syrup & garnish with a dried cinnamon apple slice!
FALL FIZZ
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup pear juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup ginger ale
- Thyme, pear, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, & star anise for garnish
Directions:
1. Mix pear juice, apple cider, star anise, & cinnamon in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
2. Pour pear cider mixture over ice & top with ginger ale.
3. Garnish with a brown sugar rim, sliced pear, thyme, star anise, & a cinnamon stick!
CAMPFIRE CAPPUCCINO
Ingredients:
- Shot of espresso
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 (dash) tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 mini chocolate chips
- Sprinkle of cacao powder
- Toasted marshmallow: www.theflavorbender.com/how-to-make-marshmallows-tips-and-tricks-for-homemade-marshmallows/
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips, cinnamon, & brown sugar under a freshly brewed shot of espresso.
2. Froth some additional milk or cream for topping.
3. Top with cacao powder & a toasted marshmallow!
MUSHROOM MAPLE MOCHA
Ingredients:
- 1Β tsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp chaga mushroom powder
- 1Β tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- Sprinkle of cacao powder for dusting
- Chocolate whipped cream: sugarspunrun.com/chocolate-whipped-cream/
Directions:
1. Over medium-low heat, combine milk, cacao, chaga, & maple syrup.
2. Brew espresso & pour into milk mixture.
3. Pour into a cozy mug & sprinkle with additional cacao powder and/or chocolate whipped cream!
THE GREAT PUMPKIN
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp pumpkin maple syrup: www.bakerita.com/healthy-pumpkin-spice-syrup/
- Shot or two of espresso
- 1 cup of milk
- Pumpkin whipped cream: vegetarianmamma.com/pumpkin-whipped-cream/
Directions:
1. Make your pumpkin maple syrup.
2. Pour your milk, espresso, & pumpkin maple syrup into your cup of choice.
3. Top with pumpkin whipped cream and enjoy!
