30 Days of NO Social Media | Will you join?

At 34 weeks pregnant, 41 days until my due date, I’ve decided to delete social media from my phone and begin a 41-day social media detox. Lately, I’ve noticed myself reaching for my phone during every moment of rest, silence, or boredom, and I’m mentally exhausted from constantly consuming. I want to relearn how to be still, present, creative, and attentive to God.
Throughout this detox, Psalm 119 will be my anchor, especially the prayer, “Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things” (Psalm 119:37). Instead of simply removing social media, I’m intentionally replacing it with Scripture meditation, prayer, reading, creativity, time outside, preparing for our new baby, and meaningful time with my toddler.
