Hey, thanks for coming to my channel!

I’m Sophia Light.

The idea of this whole channel is to encourage a real and passionate pursuit of Jesus in a world that so lacks the reality of His presence… a dark world indeed.

Yes, my last name is actually Light, haha, but the name of this channel also comes from the verse Matthew 10:27, which says, “What I tell you in the dark, say in the light, and what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops.” In this verse, which is personally one of my favorites, Jesus is instructing His 12 disciples before He sends them out, telling them to “proclaim” the Truth, His Gospel, to all tribes and nations. He was instructing them to bring the light of His love to every dark place.

I hope that through hearing some of my thoughts you can see my goal, which is to do just that – shout Him from the housetops. I pray that He uses my words to bring hope and to encourage you to shout Him from the housetops with me, unashamed.
