Waking up tired no matter how many hours of 😴 you get?

Here are a few tips to help you make the most out of those 💤:
1️⃣ Budget time for sleep - Work backwards from your desired wake up time. Don’t adjust your ⏰. Adjust how you use your time.
2️⃣ Wind down 2-3 hours before bed - Help your 🧠 & body know it’s almost time to say night, night! And you don’t do that by working out, having a party, or snacking. Read. Stretch. Dim the lights, and then…
3️⃣ Keep it cool - Research supports 65 degrees, but it varies from person to person. The cooler temperature triggers a drop in your body by telling your 🧠, it’s time for sleep!
4️⃣ Lights out! Not just the room light or the night light. This includes blue light! So put the 📱 down, turn the 📺 off, and “hello, dreamland!”
