Is the Gospel a success or failure? Christian Questions, Moments that Matter

God is Almighty! When He has a plan, it’s guaranteed that His plan will work flawlessly, gloriously and comprehensively. With this in mind, let’s think about the Gospel. Biblically, the word for gospel means “a good message”. The first four books of the New Testament which are all about Jesus, are called Gospels. His life IS the good news.

In a recent podcast we observed that when Jesus was born there was an angelic announcement made to some shepherds. In Luke the angel said, …I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. Jesus IS the good news, and this good news is for ALL people. All people. Those are the words of God delivered by an angel!
