If I could go back and get a glimpse of a simple moment like this in my single years…I would see that God’s timing in my life is so much bigger than just me.

It was also about the work He was doing in my husband’s life, and the best time to bring us together. It was about these babies He’s blessed us with, and His purposes for their lives.

In Scripture whenever anyone waits, we see that the blessing they waited for was bigger than just them.

There was an exact time in history David needed to become king of Israel.

There was an exact time in history Abraham’s son Isaac needed to be born.

There was an exact time in history Moses needed to lead the Israelites out of slavery.

There was an exact time Hannah’s son Samuel needed to be born to become prophet of Israel.

There was an exact time in history the events in their lives needed to unfold in order to fulfill the purposes God had for them—and the same is true for you.
