I am hoping this video will make you feel less alone if you're walking through a rough first trimester! I'll leave some things below that really helped me!<br />
- chewing minty gum helped me soooo much, I wish I tried it sooner<br />
- eating right when I woke up and then every 30 mins to an hour!<br />
- taking unisom + vitamin B12 (talk to your provider, as I am not a doctor nor am I advising to take this)<br />
- getting outside atlas for 5 minutes a day<br />
- cold food, rather than anything warm<br />
- non of the natural remedies worked for me (ginger tea, ginger drops, etc) but I did have a more extreme case. So try everything!! <br />
- just take it day by day. and remember that a MIRACLE is forming in your womb, and it will be oh so worth it!! <br />
