When you need a break (15-Second Pause)

One of the most powerful tools available to us is our own breathing. Intentional breaths, no matter how long, can be the reset your body and soul is asking for in the middle of a busy day and in between tasks.

Take this 15-second pause to fill your lungs with air, then take a long deep exhale so your neighbor can hear you (and perhaps do the same). Repeat this as many times as you need to work in more purposeful rest throughout your day.
