Are you curious about non-dairy yogurts and wondering which ones are worth trying? Today, I’m taking you on a journey through several popular stores, from Whole Foods to Walmart, to uncover the best non-dairy yogurt options, deciphering ingredient labels, and revealing some surprising finds.<br />

Understanding Non-Dairy Yogurts<br />
Non-dairy yogurts are a great option for those avoiding dairy for various health or personal reasons. But with so many brands and flavors available, it’s crucial to know what you’re getting. We’ll be breaking down the nutritional values and ingredients, so you can make an informed choice!<br />

Whole Foods Finds<br />
At Whole Foods, I picked up two products: Nancy's Oat Milk Yogurt and Harmless Harvest Coconut Yogurt. Let’s dive into the details:<br />

Nancy’s Oat Milk Yogurt<br />
<br />
Protein: 6 grams<br />
Fiber: 2 grams<br />
Calories: 110<br />
Ingredients like faba beans, tapioca starch, and agar (a gelling agent from red algae) help create the yogurt texture.<br />
This yogurt offers a good amount of protein and fiber, but remember, it’s flavored, so pay attention to added sugars.<br />

At Walmart, I found Silk’s Almond Milk Yogurt:<br />

Calories: Not too high<br />
The ingredients are straightforward: almonds, cane sugar, pectin, and bacteria. This is a decent choice if you’re looking for an almond-based yogurt. Let me know if your Walmart offers more options!<br />
Wegmans’ Variety<br />
Wegmans has a range of non-dairy yogurts, including:<br />
