Explorations of Joy - The Wonder of Music

Why do we love music so much? Why does it move us so powerfully? Why has every culture in all times had music? If music is a “universal language,” what is it saying?<br />

Dr. Randy Newman explores these and other questions in a presentation that includes insights from writers and artists who have wrestled with these questions. Several musical excerpts will be part of the evening that will culminate with a time for questions and answers.<br />
