Many are the plans <br />
in a person’s heart, <br />
but it is the Lord’s purpose <br />
that prevails.<br />

Heavenly Father, <br />
I come before You, <br />
humbled and surrendered. <br />
Lord;<br />
I often make so many plans;<br />
plans for my future, <br />
for my family, <br />
and for my life. <br />
But in Your wisdom, <br />
You remind me <br />
that it is Your purpose <br />
that stands above all. <br />
Merciful Father;<br />
I lay down my ambitions, <br />
my dreams, <br />
and my fears <br />
at Your feet, <br />
trusting that Your way <br />
is far better than mine. <br />
When my plans fall apart, <br />
and I am left feeling lost, <br />
help me to remember <br />
that Your hands <br />
are holding my life together. <br />
Break my pride, O God;<br />
and replace it <br />
with a heart <br />
that longs for Your will. <br />
Teach me to find peace <br />
in Your sovereignty <br />
and to trust You fully, <br />
knowing that <br />
Your love for me is perfect <br />
