Things I would do differently in postpartum as a second time mom... I feel like I majorly failed in preparing myself in the right ways, so to my freshly postpartum self... I'm sorry. and I hope other mamas can learn from my mistakes.

Postpartum is a time for healing. Embrace the slow. Take care of your body and your baby. Things will get better over time, but please take care of yourself and prioritize your health and healing.
