Thanksgiving | Verse of the Week

We may experience calamity, deep-rooted problems, or even tragedies that come into our life. Why are we, members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, Church Of Christ still filled with Thanksgiving even in those times when tragedy strikes? As the Bible states for our #VerseOfTheWeek

[2 Chronicles 20:9 NIV]
“If calamity comes upon us, whether the sword of judgment, or plague or famine, we will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your Name and will cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us."

Our hearts overflow with gratitude, because despite all the troubles the world suffers, our Almighty God hears us when we cry out to Him and He saves us.
