Jamie Winship (Keynote address) - 2026 CBMC Prayer Breakfast

At the 2026 CBMC Metro Prayer Breakfast, keynote speaker Jamie Winship delivered a timely and deeply challenging message for leaders in Oklahoma City and beyond.

Drawing from his experiences working in areas of conflict and cultural division around the world, Winship challenged the audience to reject fear-based living and lead from their true identity in Christ. His message centered around three key ideas:

• Faith over fear — fear distorts identity, relationships, and leadership, while faith allows us to live with courage and clarity.

• Jesus sets the paradigm for humanity — Jesus not only shows us who God is, but also what humanity was meant to look like.

• Forgiveness is the air we breathe — forgiveness is not optional for believers, but a daily way of life that brings freedom, healing, and reconciliation.

Throughout the message, Winship encouraged leaders to examine the fears and false identities shaping their decisions and to instead embrace God’s truth about who they are. His call was clear: transformed people transform cities.
