Understand this — God intercepted the plan before it could execute. Joseph did not wake up to find soldiers at the door. He woke up to an angel giving him an escape route. God is always one step ahead of the enemy's plan. He has already seen what was coming against you. He has already prepared the route out. And at exactly the right moment He will say — get up, move, I have already handled it.
"Herod was furious when he realized that the wise men had outwitted him." — Matthew 2:16 (NLT)
Herod was furious. Not victorious. Not successful. Furious — because the plan failed. That is what God does to every plan the enemy runs against the anointed. He does not just slow it down. He outwits it completely. And the enemy's response is not triumph — it is fury. Because fury is what you feel when your best plan was intercepted by Someone you could not outmaneuver.
