God tells us all in scripture to not worry about tomorrow, for today’s trouble is enough for today. But if you're prone to worry and anxiety like I am, you know it can be really hard to just not worry. Thankfully, God also gives us in scripture three things we can do instead...and when we do these things, they naturally keep us from worrying and allow us to experience the freedom and pace He desires for us. In this Matthew 6:25-34 Bible study, we're looking at what Jesus has to say about worry and anxiety, and their antidote.
