David Brown planted three churches before revitalising a church in central Paris. For many years, he was involved with GBU (Groupes Bibliques Universitaires), the French student movement affiliated with IFES, and he was also chair of the Evangelism Commission of the French “National Council of Evangelicals”. More recently, he has been promoting church revitalisation through his teaching and mentoring at the Bible Institutes in Geneva and Paris and by leading a range of seminars and workshops in France and across Europe.

Daniel Fodorean currently serves as Dean of the School of Theology and Associate Professor of Applied Theology at the Baptist Theological Institute of Bucharest. In addition to these roles, he fulfills the duties of Director of Leader Formation Institute and Antioch Church Network, Pastor of Bucharest Alpha Omega Baptist Church, and associate member of The Academy of Romanian Scientists. Dr. Fodorean holds a PhD in Theology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Constitutional Law with a focus on religious freedom. He has accumulated over 30 years of pastoral experience and expertise in church transformation, organisational and church leadership, church law and administration, mission and church planting, and sixteen years in teaching at the pre-university and university levels. Daniel is the author (or co-author) of five books and numerous articles and studies.

Rev. Daniel Trusiewicz is a Baptist pastor and has been involved in church ministry for over 40 years as a local minister, a national leader, and a coordinator of international ministry in Europe. For the last 20 years, he coordinated the church planting program of the European Baptist Federation which focused on facilitating church planters in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. During the same time, he also led the mentoring training for younger leaders and consulted church revitalization in Poland. He holds an MTh degree from the Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw, Poland. He has been married for 40 years and is a father of three children and a grandfather of two. Currently he serves as a pastor of Baptist Church in Wroclaw, Poland and continues his involvement in the national Baptist work in Poland.

Ivica Horvat has 35 years of business experience. He founded and currently leads several companies in Croatia, Serbia, and North Macedonia, specialising in the production and wholesale of personal protective equipment (PPE). In parallel with entrepreneurship, he served for several years as a deacon and elder, then for 4 years as a senior pastor at the Baptist Church Zagreb. Since 2019, he has served as the president of the Federation of Baptist Churches in Croatia. He is a member of the Protestant Evangelical Council in the Republic of Croatia and serves as treasurer on the council at the Evangelical Theological College in Osijek (EVTOS). In all the areas where he operates, he wants to contribute to a more courageous life of faith for believers around him and also be an influence in the spread of the Gospel and seeing people come to faith in Christ. By God's grace, he has a wife, Rachel, to whom he has been married for 40 years, two daughters, Petra and Martina, and 5 granddaughters.
