Elder W. Mark Bassett, a General Authority Seventy, passed away this week after sustaining an expected injury.

In his Church service, he taught powerfully of becoming Christlike and gaining knowledge from trusted sources—topics especially resonant today. We are grateful for his example and testimony, as shared through his devotional address at BYU.
